Required Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in building construction management, project management, business, or related field preferred
- Relevant work experience
- Demonstrated effective supervisory skills
- Ability to motivate and direct the actions of others
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proven ability to work under minimal direct supervision

- Uses good judgment and works with integrity
A Typical Work Week
- Verify metal measurements for a project on the job site
- Problem solve field issues that were unseen during the roofing process
- Create orders for the metal package for job-specific projects
- Coordinate and schedule work between the foreman and subcontractors to complete the job
- Collaborate with general contractors to complete projects to their satisfaction
- Utilize the scope of work to verify field measurements and make an efficient plan for metal installation
- Write change orders and communicate with finance for job bill
- Order lifts and other equipment for job completion
- Gather data, drawings, and samples to produce submittal packages
- Schedule materials to arrive on job sites when appropriate
- Supervise metal crews and provide guidance as necessary
