Andy Elseman
Chief Operating Officer
Andy and his wife, Chasity have 3 wonderful children. Ziza (16), Lucas (14), Peter (9).
Andy grew up in Ankeny and went on to play golf in college at UNC Charlotte. He previously lived in New England for 7 years before returning to DSM.
Before coming to Hopkins, Andy worked for Archer Daniels Midland (ADM). Andy enjoys auto repair, home improvement, golf, bowling (though it’s been years!)

Jesus and his family live in Des Moines. They are from Mexico.

Levi Schoonhoven
Commercial Roofing Consultant
Levi has a “whatever it takes” attitude and has shown a lot of grit by helping out where needed. He’s spent a lot of time doing things that aren’t in his job description but are necessary to move the company forward. He’s also been a positive encourager to our whole sales team and has helped keep us in good spirits. Great work, Levi!
Luis Andino
Crew Member
Luis is a very experienced, long-term employee at Hopkins Roofing. He is a key person on any crew that he has been apart of and one of our top detail guys. He is our go to guy for roofs with a lot of penetrations and detailed flashing work. There is no one better at performing this critical work. He shares his experience with all types of flat roofing with the newer crew members and is a great teacher. Recent projects he has been apart of Grinnell Dorms, Applebee’s, Jordan Creek and Oskaloosa Entertainment. Thanks for all you do, Luis!
