Mike Hermsen
Project Manager
We are happy to welcome back Mike Hermsen! He’s taken on a new role in the operations department as a project manager.

Employee Spotlight
Brett Staton
Project Manager
Brett has demonstrated leadership over the past month in managing the three large Grinnell projects. We are making great progress on the flat roofs, metal dorms, and the fieldhouse. Thank you for your excellent work coordinating multiple crews, suppliers, and logistics, especially with the added challenge of students returning to campus.
Trent Little
Foremen
Trent has been installing roofs for Hopkins for many years and is now taking on larger and larger projects. He is finishing up several TPO roofs at four dormitories at the Grinnell College. This project consists of several roofs in varying sizes and shapes. Trent was involved in the planning process of the work and in charge of the installation of the project with a 6 to 8-man crew and has done a fantastic job. Trent has become one of our top foremen and we look forward to watching him continue in his career at Hopkins!
