The Executive Assistant will perform more than administrative tasks; they are the executive’s “right-hand person” who enables them to advance company initiatives and goals. They filter and attend to the day-to-day functions that are part of the executive’s role so that the executive can focus on the high-level leadership and strategy functions.

A Typical Work Week
  • Provide administrative support to the Owner, including assisting with the completion of projects, event/meeting planning, filing, mail handling, and other tasks as needed
  • Assist in planning appointments, meetings, and other events as assigned
  • Manage, coordinate, and prioritize the day-to-day schedule
  • Screen incoming emails and distribute them to others as necessary
  • Write and edit emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the Owner
  • Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets, databases, and reports
  • Assemble presentations and plans for potential clients
  • Work closely with the Owner to ensure projects are on schedule
  • Run various errands as needed
  • Book travel, shopping as needed
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Uses good judgment and works with integrity and confidentiality
  • Skilled in creative thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
  • Able to work quickly and independently
  • Adeptness with learning new apps and software
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and stellar attention to detail
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Punctual and dependable
