Iowa-Based Hopkins Roofing Opens Florida Location

Our newest location—and first location outside of Iowa—Hopkins Roofing Florida, launched at the beginning of 2023 and is now serving the St. Petersburg area. We provide roof replacements for both residential and commercial customers, and specialize in clay tiles, metal, shingles, and flat membrane roofs.

Since 1959, Hopkins Roofing has been serving residential and commercial properties in Iowa with unmatched expertise, committed professionalism, and authentic generosity. As a trusted licensed roofing contractor with experience in all types of roofing, Hopkins is excited to now provide superior service to south central Florida.

This Florida expansion has been in the works for the past three years, and is a step toward our company goal of having 100 locations in 10 years. Florida was selected as the first expansion location because of existing relationships in the area.
