The Project Administrator will assist with the administrative responsibilities surrounding our residential and commercial roofing projects. This includes analyzing risk, managing resources, entering data, and tracking all phases of each project.

A Typical Work Week
  • Entering data into submittal exchange software 
  • Processing warranties  
  • Collaborate with cost accountant for weekly reports on job costing 
  • Managing the overall production schedule for the operations team 
  • Responsible for sending and receiving shop drawings 
  • Create a process for tracking project purchases 
  • Invoice tracking 
  • Purchasing tracking 
  • Processing and tracking change orders for each job 
  • Assist in tracking project budget 
  • Facilitating phone calls on behalf of the operations team 
  • Manage production calendar  
  • Schedule meetings  
  • Scheduling travel 
  • Track per diem  
  • Attending pre-job meetings 
  • Track and update safety documentation 
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Associate degree required, or equivalent experience required 
  • Knowledge of roofing systems, helpful but not required 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Flexible and motivated 
  • Can work, at times, with little supervision  
  • Well organized and able to multi-task 
  • Ability to organize details and complete projects in a timely manner 
  • Maintain a prominent level of professionalism when dealing with customers 
  • Provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Helpful and observant, able to pay attention to their colleagues’ workflow and anticipate the supplies and tools they need 
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office 
  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands 
  • Creative and comfortable creating new processes

Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time 
  • Noise level quiet, office setting
