Required Qualifications and Skills

- Residential roofing background (preferred)
- Prior sales experience (preferred)
A Typical Work Week
- Daily lead generation activities suited to your strengths and interests
- Managing key relationships/customers
- Visiting customer homes to provide roofing consultations
- Creating and presenting roofing quotes to customers
- Preparing job packs to pass pertinent information to the operations team
- Daily customer communication and handling of the customer experience
- Weekly 1-on-1 meetings with the sales manager to track progress and receive sales training
- Ongoing professional development and sales training
