Toward the end of May 2023, a storm hit Central Iowa with baseball–sized hail. When the customer called us to inspect her roof, our team found extensive hail damage on top of normal wear and tear. Satisfied with our inspection and communication, the customer hired us to install her roof. We presented her with a few different shingle options and she chose the Class 4 hail rated shingles (NorthGate ClimateFlex). Class 4 shingles are the highest class available and hold up against many weather conditions, not just hail. With a new roof over her head, our customer can rest easy during the next storm.
